Friday, July 24, 2009 have been neglecting my blog since dar's birthday
anyway i have been busy with working
though my job is like only evenings
but i get my beauty sleep in the day
anyway i started work at KUMON tuition centres already
been there for almost 2 weeks
some kids are really cute n funny
some are driving me crazy!!
the crazy ones are:
suddenly in the middle of the class asked me "teacher dance with me"
n she started to "i like to move it move it"
n its like i totally dunno wat to do
next
halfway teacher i wan to vomit
n i ran with her out to the toilet
EWWWW
but the funny one is:
a boy came n he can't concentrate so we were like
S u like JX rite so do ur work okie?
n S said "no i dun like JX i love her"
n when JX came n sat beside him
he turned to her n said "JX i love u", i'll wan to marry u!"
n i totally dunno how to react but laugh!
n his hands will slowly move over to hold her hand
DAMN FUNNY!!
kids nowadays are so exposed to all these...
other than tat rather fine with the work there.
but can anyone imagine
Li Ying the one tat hates kids is teaching small kids
literally SMALL like kindergarten kids
n WORSE!!
Li Ying is teaching ENGLISH!!
of all subjects english??
yeah i can't imagine it myself as well
but rather happy working there
but when thinking of work
i feel sian...
is that normal??
n other than tat i watched Harry Potter n the Half Blood Prince
the second day when it was out
the queue at the cinema there was crazy
dar was complaining
but well
coz i wanna watch he tolerated
n lucky us
the time slot we chose is like the theatre was empty
like totally!
so we managed to get good seats!!
but the movie sort of disappoints me
glad to know its not the last
hehe
the blur me keep thinking it was the last part
HEHE

all the gelare closed down already which made me so depressed
coz no more waffles for me on tuesdays
but i found one in the newly opened shopping centre
ORCHARD CENTRAL
but that shopping centre is like not fully opened yet
n i think i'll still prefer far east
coz the pricing there is cheaper
anyway guess i'll not be updating my blog tat often anymore

Wednesday, July 15, 2009 today was dar's actual birthday
sent him a very nice birthday msg
n he said i maanged to tie him down!
hehe
he's mine forever... muah hahahaha
scheduled to met dar after his school
wanted to surprise him with a cake
but last minute he say he ending early
rushed out of house after preparing in ten minutes
went to my house downstairs the bakery buy two slices of cake
coz we sure can't finish one big one
n when i was abt to head over to meet him
i realised i forget to bring candles n lighter
so rushed back to get it
n off to meet him
he got down bus n i dragged him to the corner below the blocks
n took it out that surprised him
n he told me tat was the only gift he wanted from me this year
hehe
glad tat at least i managed to make his wish come true
sent him a very nice birthday msg

woke up helped him with IB
den off i went home while he go downstairs to study
was happy for today coz dar dar was surprised!

working at rivervale mall
only marking papers for the kids
but rather taxing to the eyes tohugh its a relaxing job
coz only need to sit there
had dinner break at 5plus for a few minutes
n kept on marking the papers
n unknowingly at night n can go home liao
time passes really fast there
overall quite fine with this job :)

went out to celebrate dar's 22nd birthday
this year really used alot of effort for his gift
partially coz of guilt n another is coz i wan him to feel secure for our relationship
handmade him this book of coupons
got the idea from the BHG stack of coupons
n this is coupons tat cannot be used by public
n the other part of his present
a Pescado shirt, river island belt n our photos
n see how happy my dar is to get the presents
he just loved this photo
kept saying that he looked so shuai in it
my thick skinned dar dar
headed to orchard
went cineleisure but realised there's no movies for us to watch
most of those showing we've watched them
n others is tat i really got no interest in watching
so we settled at shokudo for a small tea break
while waiting for our food
we snapped photos again
my damn shuai dar dar
n later he started snapping me
n keep trying to make me laugh
n ya i tried to control the laughter
n afterwards he started bullying me
see my face
n later our green tea ice cream with waffles was served
den our dunno wat thingy tat i dunno the name
but is not bad la
a little like ice kacang
but i like the mochi at the side
a little like tang yuan
n see dar dar's contented face when eating them?
coz they tastes not bad la
walked around
seriously loved the ambience n the vintage decor

my fruit punch
dar's fish n chips
my seafood platter
which is super big humongoeus serving
both of us ate till we wanna die
then the tea n apple crumble
which the apple crumble is seriously not nice

while he is studying i was reading this book about mystery crimes
rather not bad
but i didn't read finish
coz halfway was so sleepy that i dozed off
n woke up reading i-weekly
left library
back to dar's house for him to change
n we headed to novena to meet his frens
his frens celebrated his birthday
actually only eat dinner n chat together
ate at ni hon mura at revenue house
listened to all their ns stories
ewwww
so scary!!
so afraid when dar goes in
i guess i'll be worried like siao liao
left before his frens coz i have to go home
at the mrt station i snapped a photo of us
finally now my dar dar is willing to take photos!

den saw zoe tay
coz she came into the shop to buy stuff for her kids

ate with yiyi, met jomaine
off we went shopping
first stop BHG
jie wanted to buy bag
yet instead i bought one :{
but it's on sales anyway
i got a pink carlo rino bag!!
n it's super good material type
n jie n jomaine ate at V8 while i watched ponyo ponyo again there
n off we went to bugis street
today i got myself two tops
all different style from the past
i'm changing style again so tat will be different from people liao
jie got a dress
n jomaine tried the new high-waist style
she bought a lacey top tat i liked too n a high waist shorts
nie nice!
bought a jacket from IP zone for kalai
actually really liked the jacket
was thinking if without the cap i'll buy n found out tat the cap can be taken off
so i decided to buy
but jie wanted to buy it for kalai :{
rather sad la
but wat to do?
i can't do anything liao
haiz NVM i'll find one much nicer n better!
anyone has nice white biker jacket that is not so cool to recommend??

den bought pierre cardin set bra from wisma
coz all these wwere under sale too
n it looked damn intoxicating to me HEHE

then showed jie the restaurant i wanna bring dar for his birthday
jie agreed with me that the ambience there was good
n home sweet home

but satisfied with the beautiful underwears!!!

n baobei told me she's going to send jessie off despite the fact that she's terribly sick
so cabbed with her to airport
when i went to pick her up i saw her sick face

met up with tq tanny charis n her bf at popeye
but me n serhui can't eat
coz i was having sore throat
ewww
den yunlu n val came
n tanny n charis bf drove us over to budget terminal to meet jessie
at sandwich there
took lots of photos
when jessie is abt to leave
n jessie left
yup teared a little when jess cried
i'm gonna miss her alot!!!
my beloved partner n sec school
den sent baobei home right to her doorstep
was so afraid that she'll faint
luckily she didn't :)
my powerful baobei!
n then went hougang point for some soupy food

den meet jie bought my 2nd year anniversary present for dar first though the date is like 3months away?

played mahjong throughout the night
n until 3 we cannot take it
had my bath
n watched igor movie with dar but i dozed off halfway in dar's arms
so we just conveniently shut the comp down n slept
woke up at 1plus
ate brunch-dar cooked noodles
den watched the haunting in connecticut movie
which scare the hell out of me
not really by the movie
but rather by dar
coz he suddenly sneezed when the movie like scary part gonna come out
den i just almost fainted due to the scare
n ya my tears came out :(

so we can't go out
ate dinner downstairs together

which each of them costs 12 bucks

n jie left for work
dar came to pick me up
n we headed to ICA building to collect dar's replacement ic
went bugis to eat teadot!

n we headed downstairs to buy the ingredients needed for our dinner
den both of us cooked olio aglio pasta for dinner
our dinner specially made by both of us
our heart n soul in it!
it was a success after the 2nd try
phew!
but it was really nice :)
nicest pasta i've eaten
coz it's our hardwork!

coz jie went n it's confirmed that haw par villa was re-opened again
met dar on the bus at 1pm n headed to harbourfront
ate superdogs for our brunch
which my fish n chips was good but dar's grilled fish burger was terrible :{
n then took bus down to haw par villa
upon reaching there
all my memories flooded back
how ah ma held on to my hand to snap a picture
mummy helping me wipe off my sweat
papa yelling at us to walk faster n stuff
coz the place look exactly the same as before
just that the last time i came i was 3-4 years old
first we headed to the ten courts of hell
learnt how the souls were being punished of their sins
ewwww
so scary!!!!
so never do anything wrong
even disrespectful n cursing will be punished
n the punishments are scary
can't take photos inside to share
but really really scary
backstabbers, liars, those who harm people for the well-being of themselves
creating rumours of others, all these have scary punishments
ewww :{
i tot everyone will be forgiven of their sins :{
but i think some of them are rather rightful punishments
so i kept telling dar u know ready ah
so dun do those things
outside there's a banner telling the history of the place.
n then headed to the souvenier shop
n the shopkeeper was very friendly
make until both of us quite paiseh if we didn't purchase from them
so after looking around like tourists
i saw a small handbag that i liked
n dar just said
ü like ah, i buy for u lo!
ewww
so sweet!
n he really bought it for me :)

n so off we went to continue our trip
nice place afterall
n dar managed to take a photo with his kind --> the monkeys!

throughout the trip inside i was running all about
coz i was rather exicted to see those statues n environment
a place that it was so familiar
n a place with many nice memories :)

especially on stairs

n dar managed to take a photo with his kind --> the monkeys!

throughout the trip inside i was running all about
coz i was rather exicted to see those statues n environment
a place that it was so familiar
n a place with many nice memories :)
dar was just walking slowly behind following me
n making sure that the clumsy me will not trip n fall
especially on stairs
hehe XD my beloved sweetie!
n of coz he carried my new bought bag for me :)
ended our trip feeling very warm
the two sweating babies!

n off we went to vivo for my next round of shopping {YEAH!}
but we ended up only walking around
n i saw this 'flower tree' that i didn't see previously
was i that blur??
anyway liked it to be colourful so i randomly snapped a picture of it
n of coz snapped a picture of us
n the tickets to the ten courts of hell
ate pastamania
n we headed to serangoon central to pick up my graduation photos
then we bought beancurd home for my dessert tonight
